Relaxation & Motivation Boost This is to be listened to at least once per day for best effect. A calmer mind has a stronger foundation on which to build powerful new thought patterns. In the next session we look at releasing any triggers and emotional baggage.


This imaginative technique helps you to release old repressed baggage that no longer serves you. This historic baggage (or trauma) is the fuel behind most current fears, worries, outbursts and panic symptoms.

We also used this anxiety release technique. I’m supplying this one as a separate audio – it uses 3 breaths to ignite a relaxed, great feeling – whizzing your mind away to a perfect location in order to revive the relaxed/excited feelings. This counteracts the onset of anxiety in any given situation.


This technique digs deep into the root causes of feeling ‘Not Good Enough’. At a deep down level we face judgement, rejection and avoidance and we take it personally, as our fault. This technique seeks to diffuse that self-blame and readdress the issue from a new perspective.

Once you release the fear of being judged, fear of being not good enough and fear of rejection, you learn to increase self belief and make more productive and enjoyable decisions in life.
