The purpose of the recording is to train your thoughts to allow your body to reach a relaxed state and then maintain positive thought patterns perpetually. ‘Turning’ any negative into a positive learning experience.
Like most exercise, the more you do it, the better you get at it and the more the results start to show.
Your MP3 should be listened to in a quiet place where you will not be disturbed for at least half an hour. Some clients listen in the morning, to boost their positivity. Others listen at night to help them relax and achieve a great night’s sleep.
It’s your task to find out which works best for you and then build it into a routine.
