Session One Relaxation & Motivation Boost This is to be listened to at least once per day for best effect.
Session Two – Here we learn to release Emotional baggage and introduce a more assertive attitude.
CLEARANCE – As a secondary option I’d like for you to use this recording. It combines a wider range of techniques but fundamentally delivers the same effect.
Session Three – For this stage I’d like us to concentrate on making more confident decisions. To do this we become more confident naturally and we raise our self-esteem and begin to control the path of our life.
Session Four – The final part of the 4-stage process is to instill the realisation that confidence lies within us, within each moment. That it’s our decision to act confidently, in the moment, in order to achieve outstanding results and powerful lessons.
