Session One Relaxation & Motivation Boost This is to be listened to at least once per day for best effect. A calmer mind has a stronger foundation on which to build powerful new thought patterns.
We also used an anxiety release technique. I’m supplying this one as a separate audio – it uses 3 breaths to ignite a relaxed, great feeling. This counteracts the onset of anxiety in any situation.
Session Two Emotional baggage release This imaginative technique helps you to release old repressed baggage that no longer serves you. This historic baggage is the fuel behind most current fears, issues and panic symptoms.
Samantha, here’s a Fearless Flying track I’ve made to allow you to take your mind through the entire journey of flying. From the build up, to packing, to airport, to travelling, to landing… when your mind gets used to the entire process it will build a confident foundation of stability and certainty. I’ve worded the suggestions to suggest an enjoyable holiday at the destination in order to build excitement instead of fear.
