Relaxation & Motivation Boost This is to be listened to at least once per day for best effect. A calmer mind has a stronger foundation on which to build powerful new thought patterns. In the next session we look at releasing any triggers and emotional baggage.
Emotional baggage release This helps you to empty out that old repressed baggage that no longer serves you.
Creating Alternatives This track allows you to mentally rehearse alternative ‘preferred’ reactions when faced with old trigger situations. This lets your mind acclimatise to different behaviours and brings new confident results.
Deep Confidence for all occasions. This technique reminds you that life offers many twists and turns. It throws uncertain situations towards you everyday, but you can now dig deep and find the confidence in each of those moments to bring yourself back to simple calm breaths and ignite an automatic confident feeling from within.
Future Pathway. This technique showed us the alternative paths to the future. Take the right path and rehearse all of your achievements.
Motivation to drive progress. This technique allows you to rekindle and reignite the motivation to succeed in all goals, challenges and in the face od all adversities. Motivation allows you to become calm, without baggage and filled with the energy to walk that future pathway.
