Relaxation Foundation and Goal Imagery This is to be listened to at least once per day for best effect. A calmer mind has a stronger foundation on which to build powerful new thought patterns. The thought patterns can then be used to focus on goal achievement. In the next session we look at releasing emotional baggage and anxiety triggers.
Remember – goals do not have to be definitive and absolute outcomes. During this stage I’m inviting you to begin upon a journey, create a task, a mission, a direction that you can work towards. The journey is in fact your goal. This could be as simple as remaining calm and patient during interactions which historically caused frustration.
We also used this Anxiety Release technique. So, I’m supplying this one as a separate audio – it uses 3 breaths to ignite a relaxed, great feeling – whizzing your mind away to a perfect location in order to revive the relaxed/excited feelings. This counteracts the onset of anxiety/breathlessness in any given situation.
This imaginative technique helps you to release old repressed baggage that no longer serves you. This historic baggage (or trauma) is the fuel behind most current fears, worries, overwhelm, outbursts and panic symptoms. Use this each day to release any pent up energy that’s trapped inside.
Creating Alternative Reactions This quick proces allows you to mentally rehearse alternative ‘positive’ reactions to any old trigger situations. It lets your mind practice performing different positive behaviours that bring new results when faced with challenges in real life. The mental rehearsal of new reactions within moments of historic stress and panic will soften the instant panic and anxiety in your mind and body. When you encounter challenging situations in real time, your mind will be prepared with multiple new alternatives to put into play.
I’ve made this one VERY short and sharp, removing all the extraneous ‘fluff’, so that it can be practiced daily, or even multpile times per day.
Seeking Inner Truth This short transcedent journey awakens your sense of observation. It highlights just how we’re affected, guided and often trapped by our environmental and conditioned factors. Once recognised, the subconscious mind can begin to adopt a mindset of innocence and observation instead of pre-conditioned response.
Choosing the Right Path for you In this exercise we ‘future pace’ – we take an imaginative journey down two distinct pathways of your own future. You get to choose which path seems right to choose and the other path can be left behind.
