As we progress through our sessions together I will upload your MP3s and homework tasks to this page. These mp3s are your medication – take at least one ‘listen‘ per day for best effects.

Relaxation & Motivation Boost This is to be listened to at least once per day for best effect. A calmer mind is a better place to build powerful new thought patterns. If the calmness isn’t practiced, your mind will find it more difficult as we move into deeper work. In the next session we look at releasing any anxiety triggers and old emotional worries from the past.

Homework – Your only homework for this week is to devote time to listening to this session. This will calm your mind and relax your body. The act of physically relaxing will begin to reduce any stress signals sent to your mind, and a more relaxed mind will try to achieve more without fear.

Session Two is all about learning how to reduce moments of worry, fear, shame and avoidance. Using a simple breathing technique we can train your mind to relax and bring back good feelings on-demand. Great to use just before a stressful moment or even during a worrying challenge.

Try it out a few times, maybe once or twice per day, and let me know how you progress. When you’re feeling like you’ve got the technique mastered – try it in a live situation.
