Relaxation & Motivation Boost Part one is to be listened to once per day for best effect. A calmer mind is a stronger mind on which we can build powerful new confident thought patterns. A stressed mind finds it more difficult to learn and try new techniques.

Three Deep Breaths – This ‘3 Deep Breath’ technique is one of my all time favourites. It’s a very simple technique to train your mind to be able to bring back ‘Great’ feelings on demand. You can practice this technique as many times a day as you wish – the more, the better. And when you then encounter a previously fear-provoking situation, you spring this technique into action (sometimes you don’t even think about doing it – it just happens anyway) and the old fear gets replaced by great thoughts and feelings.

In our session together I suggested that when you encounter specific pigeon / Ibis related incidents you can use this technique to replace negative feelings. However, in this recording I want to give you a more broad application, so that you can apply the technique to ANY fear-based situation, you can also apply the technique to an anxiety (or other heightened negative emotion) provoking situation. You simply imagine the most current challenge, at the appropriate part of the recording, and procede with the technique. It’s all very simple when listening.

Creating Alternative Reactions This session allows you to create your own preferred reactions to those challenging situations that used to make you feel afraid. From now on you will have 3 different approaches to take INSTEAD of running away in fear, I think you’ll now be running ahead FULL OF CONFIDENCE. GO FELIX!!!
