The release process is one that can be very deep routed and can remove emotional attachments from trigger situations both from the present day and from the long-forgotten past. So, make every effort to make the entire experience as realistic as possible in every sense – sight, sound, taste, touch and smell.
As you progress through this clearing part of the process, the leaves in this garden may reduce in quantity or even in size, as the emotional baggage from your subconscious mind reduces.
I’m providing a Garden technique to release negative aspects of the past. Similar to the Hot Air Balloon release we did in session, to give your mind two different techniques.
As a rapid way to become more confident or assertive on demand, simply imagine the most confident/assertive person you know (or are aware of) and in your imagination… step into their body and become them. Like an actor, become them and use their words, stance and body language… see how it goes.
Soak in all of their attributes, skills and behaviours. Feel their confidence and apply it to situations in your own life.

Session 2 allows you to release old emotional baggage which (whether you are aware or not) is creating a block, stopping you from moving forward in life.
For SESSION THREE I’d like to provide a couple of tracks to concentrate on. They’re shorter tracks which focus on separate thoughts and processes. Feel free to use the one you need most.
This track allows your mind to create its own thoughts to replace the negative autaomatic reactions from the past. Really make those new reactions feel as GREAT as possible. See them happening, feel what it’s like to be POWERFUL and DECISIVE in the moment… EVERYTIME!
Also the anxiety reduction track to give you a calm anchor (bringing your mind back to a safe good feeling whenever you think you’re about to feel stressed, anxious, doubtful or indecisive).
