Alternative Reactions After our chat while in session (3) here is a shorter technique we used. The technique allows you to create and rehearse your own reactions to stress-provoking situations. At about 8 minutes long, it’s a much easier technique to practice daily and requires less intense concentration.
Confidence Boost As well as the alternative reactions, here’s a tehnique which can give you the baseline of confidence to begin to follow through with the alternative reactions after you’ve created them. (21 mins)
