Session One Relaxation & Motivation Boost This is to be listened to at least once per day for best effect. A calmer mind has a stronger foundation on which to build powerful new thought patterns.

Not to replace the above medication, but if you’re pushed for time and need a quick break, here’s a 1-Minute Relaxation break and a 4-minute Relax break .

Session Two – This is an emotional baggage release track to provide clearance from the negative energy being subconsciously stored. With this track being more imaginative, I have a feeling it will work more effectively with your mindset.
