Session One Relaxation & Motivation Boost This is to be listened to at least once per day for best effect. A calmer mind has a stronger foundation on which to build powerful new thought patterns.
Session Two Emotional baggage release This helps you to release all of that old repressed baggage that no longer serves you. It’s a continual process that can be revisitied as often as necessary.
Session Three Self-Esteem Boost & Confident Decisions This helps strengthen deep aspects of self-esteem in order to raise self-authority. When confidence is charged, decision making becomes easier especially when upholding your own values and self-worth.
Session Four – Boundaries & Assertiveness This helps releaase buried confidence, increase self-authority, make better decisions and raise assertiveness traits.
