Session One Relaxation & Motivation Boost This is to be listened to at least once per day for best effect. A calmer mind has a stronger foundation on which to build powerful new thought patterns. I want to introduce the idea that breathing is entirely relaxing, natural and unforced so I make many references to breathing while relaxing here.
We also used an anxiety release technique. I’m supplying this one as a separate audio – it uses 3 breaths to ignite a relaxed, great feeling. This counteracts the onset of anxiety.
You can choose to alternate tracks each day if you wish. The simple technique is used to reduce any stress/anxiety build up before or during a trigger event. Practice the technique until you can reduce stress responses on demand.
Session TWO Emotional baggage release. This helps you to release old repressed baggage that no longer serves you. This technique includes the hot air balloon release process where all past or present worries can be objectified, released and distanced from current conscious thought.
We also practiced a ‘Creating Alternatives‘ technique, this track allows you to mentally rehearse alternative reactions to any of your old trigger situations. It lets your mind acclimatise to performing different behaviours that bring new results when faced with old triggers.
