Relaxation & Motivation Boost This is to be listened to at least once per day for best effect. A calmer mind has a stronger foundation on which to build powerful new thought patterns and introduce goal setting. In the next session we look at releasing any triggers and emotional baggage.

Emotional baggage release Let’s take that safe, relaxed walk out into nature. This helps you to empty out that old repressed baggage that no longer serves you. After this stage you’ll begin to use the extra energy to put towards creating your own reactions to any given situation – rather than the pre-conditioned old reactions.

CONFIDENCE In this session we embed confidence to overcome old emotional traits, whether they’re negative and restrictive feelings or conditioned ‘people pleasing’ behaviours. We highlight how every manifestation of stress and tension is quite simply an opportunity for you to take that deep breath and calmly apply your measured response. When calm and positive minded, you can often discover that others project their own feelings onto us, and that we do not have to react in accordance with their feelings.

Motivation In this exercise we re-ignite that spark for life. Through understanding what it is that we truly desire and allowing the relaxed mind to connect to that instinct we will ignite the mindset needed to achieve goals. And by mentally rehearsing the process we begin to eliminate the fear blocks that often hold us back.

Conditioned by your Environment In this journey we begin to understand on a deeper level just how and why we have been conditioned by our environment. We are able to then dissociate from the perceived compulsion to behave in a certain way. Free to choose our own destiny.
