First, here’s a track which when listened to and practiced regularly will reduce episodes of broken sleep and help you to become and remain a deeper sleeper. Learning to release stressful thought and reduce physical tension is the basis for these suggestions. Most effective when practiced once per day – whenever you feel that you’re in the most receptive state of mind.
Second, here’s the shorter Physical Relaxation track to reduce the physical symptoms of tension caused by everyday stressful thoughts.
