Hello Sarah, here’s the audio that I’ve created for Alice.
I’ve used one of my favourite and simplest techniques, to combine the physical action of taking 3 deep breaths with a subconscious return to mental calmness and positivity.
Alice can use this technique whenever she faces any kind of mental stress, overwhelm, fear, heightened emotion or anxiety – it works for all.
At first Alice needs to practice the technique once or twice a day (even more if she enjoys it – I know I use this technique daily). When Alice encounters a situation in real-time she can employ the practiced technique, resolve the negative emotional overload and return to calm smiles.
