These mp3s are my version of medication – take at least one ‘listen‘ per day for best effects. If you listen more, beneficial results have often been expedited.
Relaxation & Motivation Boost This is to be listened to at least once per day for best effect. A calmer mind is a stronger mind on which we can build powerful new confident thought patterns. A stressed or panicked mind finds it more difficult to learn and try new techniques. In our next session we look at releasing any OLD triggers and bad thoughts from the past.
Homework – Your homework for this week is to devote time to listening to audio ONE. This will calmly focus your mind and relax your body. Even in the case that you don’t initially feel any noticeable difference in behaviour, please continue… the pure act of physically relaxing while listening will begin to prepare your mind to accept new suggestions and ideas.
Emotional Baggage Clearing This technique uses visualisation to metaphorically release the energy behind all negative emotional baggage. When emotional baggage is diffused and released the resulting symptoms caused by it begin to release too. Your emotional baggage is fueling the panic attacks – the more we reduce the fuel, the less power the panic can feed on.

Fear of Panic This technique uses memory recall to remember the relieved feeling after a worrying event has happened. This trains your mind to remember the relieved feeling instead of the pre-event worry of old behaviour. You’ve mastered this panic dismissal before and I know you can do it again. :o)
Negative Thought Release This technique relaxes you into a process of gradual negative thought release. Nothing confrontational, simply using a technique to release and reduce the impact of negative thoughts in your mind.
This is the short track I mentioned which teaches you how to reframe and change the negative inner voice which argues with your positive decisions.
