These mp3s are my version of medication – take at least one ‘listen‘ per day for best effects. If you listen more, beneficial results have often been expedited.
Relaxation & Motivation Boost This is to be listened to at least once per day for best effect. A calmer mind is a stronger mind on which we can build powerful new confident thought patterns. A stressed or panicked mind finds it more difficult to learn and try new techniques. In our next session we look at releasing any OLD triggers and bad thoughts from the past.
Homework – Your homework for this week is to devote time to listening to audio ONE. This will calmly focus your mind and relax your body. Even in the case that you don’t initially feel big, noticeable differences in behaviour, please continue… the pure act of physically relaxing while listening will begin to prepare your mind to accept new suggestions and ideas.
Historic Emotional Baggage and Reactions This track allows you to metaphorically release any trauma triggers that have been established in the past, so that they will not retrieve old reactions or add negative fuel to current challenges.
Creating Alternative Reactions This technique prepares you to face specific situations by having a toolkit of prepared alternative reactions. This practice allows you to mentally rehearse the alternative reactions to ‘see how they fit’. Once practiced the alt reactions can be applied in any given situation in order to improve the outcome.
Confidence for all occasions This track allows you to understand at a deeper level how every manifestation of stress, anxiety or panic is actually AN INVITATION. An invitation for you to pause, take some deep breaths, and reignite the confidence that has been stored up through this exercise – to be used at the exact moment you need the boost. Apply this confidence boost as often as possible, if ever anxious thoughts begin to emerge.
