Hello Jordan,

Here are your links to download the accompanying audio homework from our sessions. Click the buttons below to play the track or ‘Right-click/click-hold’ and choose to ‘SAVE’ to your device.

I’d suggest that you download to your personal device, and listen to the recording without the need for an internet connection.

As we progress through our sessions together I will upload your MP3s and any surplus homework tasks to this page. Your feedback can be sent to me directly through email.

These mp3s are my version of medication – take at least one ‘listen‘ per day for best effects. If you listen more, beneficial results have often been expedited.

Relaxation & Motivation Boost This is to be listened to at least once per day for best effect. A calmer mind is a stronger mind on which we can build powerful new confident thought patterns. A stressed or panicked mind finds it more difficult to learn and try new techniques. In our next session we look at releasing any OLD triggers and bad thoughts from the past.

Homework – Your homework for this week is to devote time to listening to audio ONE. This will calmly focus your mind and relax your body. Even in the case that you don’t initially feel big, noticeable differences in behaviour, please continue… the pure act of physically relaxing while listening will begin to prepare your mind to accept new suggestions and ideas.

Historic Emotional Baggage and Reactions This track allows you to metaphorically release any trauma triggers that have been established in the past, so that they will not retrieve old reactions or add negative fuel to current challenges. Each time you practice, attempt to get as precise as possible with the actual root causes of the negativity – and then swiftly and joyfully throw them all away.

Fear of Rejection – Inner Child work This track guides you back through certain critical times in your life which have formed negative beliefs about yourself. This journey allows you to visit your inner child to re-frame past events and integrate your younger self into your current life. You step into the role of supportive parent and role model for the younger you. I have crafted the suggestions to be future-proof and so they may contain references which don’t strictly apply to your life now, but may in the future should any negative feelings return from repression.

Alternative Reactions This track allows you to mentally prepare and rehearse a set of different reactions when faced with situation that you know often trigger you. This could be the parental comments, the sheer busyness of each day creating exhaustion or the overwhelm of a million and one thoughts running through your mind.

When you practice a couple of preferred reactions to a challenge, your mind begins to lose the pre-event stress behind the challenge itself. Your mind deals with, and overcomes, your challenge numerous times while practicing the technique – so when the challenge occurs in real life, your mind kicks into its new fearless reaction without hesitation.
