Relaxation mixed with a deep cleanse of negativity This is to be listened to at least once per day for best effect. Natasha, I’m trying something different to my usual approach with you. I want to head straight into helping you relax while at the same time beginning to release pent up negativity and negative memories.
Homework – Your homework for these 2 weeks is to devote time to listening to audio ONE. This will calmly focus your mind and relax your body. As we are addressing old baggage, I would expect your mind to become a little distracted from the audio – because it’s attempting to remain steadfast in it’s old thought patterns. Please persevere and listen to the audio, making each time feel as real and immersive as possible. Please send me regular updates as to your thoughts, feelings and any behaviour change.
Fear of Rejection – Inner Child work This track guides you back through certain critical times in your life which have formed negative beliefs about yourself and situations you face. This journey allows you to visit your inner child to ‘re-frame’ past events and integrate your younger self into your current life. You are to place yourself into the role of supportive parent and role-model for the younger you. I have crafted the suggestions to be future-proof and so they may contain references which don’t strictly apply to your life now, but may in the future should any negative feelings return.
