Session Two help you to release any emotional baggage and bad energy that you may be carrying after experiencing negative events in your life – either recently or from way back in the past.

Session Three

Session Three begins to train your mind to automatically turn towards positive focus and away from any negative overload. It helps you to make positive decisions without dwelling on any negativity that’s happening around you.

Session four

This session is a rapid session for when time is fleeting and you wish to relax and focus your mind. Often when stress hits and our minds become overloaded, focus and memory tend to suffer. So this is to bring your mind back into action and refresh clarity.
