Life Lesson Alert! You can't change the attitudes Life Lesson Alert!

You can't change the attitudes or behaviors of others, but guess what? You hold the keys to your own kingdom!

Feeling overwhelmed by the negativity or toxicity around you? Remember, you have the power to choose who enters your sacred space AND who remains there.

Don't exhaust yourself trying to change those who resist growth.

Instead, focus on nurturing relationships with people who uplift, inspire, and align with your values.

Surround yourself with those who radiate positivity, compassion, and understanding.

These kindred spirits will support your journey, offering love, encouragement, and a safe haven for your anxious heart.

Embrace the freedom to curate a tribe that fosters your well-being. Remember, you deserve a network filled with warmth, acceptance, and shared growth.

Together, you'll navigate the twists and turns, finding solace and strength in each other.

So, dear friends, choose wisely, for the people you surround yourself with can make all the difference.
Sometimes you may feel anxious and you're not sure Sometimes you may feel anxious and you're not sure why it's happening, how it started or how to solve.

So, it's important to ask for help from someone who can unravel the tangled web of thoughts in your head.

A travel-agent once approached me with one issue, a fear of flying (yes, that's right, she actually feared traveling to the destinations she promoted to others).

Within 30 minutes of a free chat, we'd uncovered a lifetime's worth of traumatic events and conditioning that eventually manifested in the fear of flying.

Social media may allow you to be heard, have your feelings validated and connect with other like-minded sufferers... but it will NOT solve the issue at its root cause.

You need therapy for that! But, what's therapy?

Therapy doesn't ONLY uncover root causes. I aksed my clients "What did therapy do for you?"

They listed...
β€’ help in understanding triggers
β€’ developed coping mechanisms
β€’ reduced symptom intensity
β€’ reduced symptom frequency
β€’ able to manage thoughts
β€’ reduced physical manifestations
β€’ safe, non-judgmental space
β€’ improved self-esteem
β€’ increased self-confidence
β€’ toolbox to manage challenges
β€’ healthier life perspectives
β€’ stress management skills
β€’ enhanced mental well-being

Therapy is a journey beginning with discovery, building better thoughts and habits, and then implementing those thoughts and habits to create lasting change in your lifestyle.

Therapy IS NOT a magic pill to be taken once and everything's healed... That's what 'big pharma' promises.

Therapy helps you change your thoughts to adapt to new future situations in a more productive and effective way.

There are different levels of help to be gained.

From free consultations, free downloads, to paid personalised downloads, online sessions, to short and long-term coaching courses.

Don't let money or convenience put you off. ASK FOR HELP.
