Sometimes you may feel anxious and you're not sure Sometimes you may feel anxious and you're not sure why it's happening, how it started or how to solve. So, it's important to ask for help from someone who can unravel the tangled web of thoughts in your head. A travel-agent once approached me with one issue, a fear of flying (yes, that's right, she actually feared traveling to the destinations she promoted to others).
