What does each session include?

We then use guided relaxation techniques to relieve stress and begin to install new thought patterns and motivation. You’re given the ‘Rule Book’ and a 80/20 meal plan alongside some daily worksheets. This session also includes the first FREE MP3 to strengthen all the positive reinforcements. Homework tasks are developed.

Session 2 releases emotional baggage and disrupts old habits and behaviours which have resulted in your weight symptoms. This includes tackling root causes, administering aversion techniques and using authoritarian suggestions to eliminate comfort eating, boredom eating and emotional eating and EXCUSES. You are taught how to use self-hypnosis. This session also includes the second FREE MP3 to strengthen all the positive reinforcements. Homework tasks are handed out.
