Let's see what we can do. . . . Rumour has it that Let's see what we can do.

Rumour has it that some medications come along with potential #adverse reactions.

I know... I know... it can't possibly be true because it's not being spoken about over mainstream news channels. #sigh

I've compiled a little stock of FREE downloads to help those of you who ARE suffering from symptoms.

If you visit the link in my bio, you'll be able to navigate to my toolbox page where you can check out the FREE help I'm giving out.

You'll also be able to read a PDF booklet that has been created which includes stories from people who have suffered some horrendous adverse events following certain medications. *wink

Naturally, I'm open to answering any anxiety related questions - this includes physical, psychological, emotional and behavioral symptoms.

Go read the stories in the booklet and feel free to use the FREE products. I hope they help.

Anxiety is traditionally created AFTER an initial trauma event which causes mental worry and then physical symptoms.

Occasionally, you may notice physical symptoms first and then become worried and anxious because you don't know what's causing them.

The second explanation has been the subject of many a conversation over the last year.

If I had a dollar for every time a conversation follows this path... "I'm suffering all of these physical symptoms and I haven't been through a trauma event..."

SO...

I've written a short BLOG POST about 8 physical symptoms presented by my clients, and how anxiety 'may' cause them.

However, I annex this blog with an alternative explanation as to where the physical symptoms may be coming from, and I present this information using quoted data from official sources.

(Can you notice how cryptic I'm being and deliberately not mentioning an alternative cause - by name - here on social media. We wouldn't want the thought-police to put me in 'truth-jail' would I?)

Use the link in my profile bio to navigate to my website blog for the latest article on physical symptoms and what's causing them.

Naturally, I openly invite your comments.

Enjoy 🙂

...the constant 'uncertainty' that's festering in the minds of those who are being told that their rapid-onset symptoms are a direct result of anxiety (which is not present until the symptoms actually present themselves).

See @jab_injuries_australia for just a few horrific stories.

When initially interacting with a client, I take stock of exactly what's happening in their life at this present moment.

I instantly seek to discover what has happened recently that may push the client past their current level of mental resilience - I would call it a 'trigger' or 'cause'.

It stands to reason that if something 'out-of-the-ordinary' has happened recently, that may be considered a trigger/cause - which can then lead to onset of symptoms.

I guess my question is... Why does the medical establishment instantly dismiss a recent pharmaceutical intervention from being this 'trigger/cause'?

"...because there's no data to support it".
#false

There are currently hundreds of thousands, if not millions, of people who are suffering these 'anxiety' symptoms immediately following a pharma intervention.

This is documented in a variety of ways across the globe, but it being hidden - YES, actually hidden or surpressed - from mainstream news outlets.

One pharma company has published data points which highlight direct symptoms, over a thousand, immediately following interventions - at their initial testing stage.

Concurrently, data is now being reported globally about 'adverse events'...

Perhaps the medical establishment needs to be made aware of these adverse events, so they may be allowed to maintain their hypocratic oath, instead of instantly dismissing any correlation.

Why is this information STILL being hidden, more than a year after the gaslighting began.

I'm not qualified to discuss medical/pharma aspects, but I most certainly am qualified to advise on the reduction of anxiety/stress symptoms.

I'm currently creating a mini-course to help reduce 'actual' anxiety symptoms in those who have been 'gaslit' by the system following that intervention we're still not allowed to mention.

So, if you have any related anxiety questions - f

I think she disapproves of my dress sense. Either that or she thinks I'm one of her distant relatives.

Too many people are STILL 'coincidently' experiencing life-altering, debilitating adverse events after subscribing to a perfectly 'safe and effective' treatment, which cannot possibly be related to the symptoms that the creators of the treatment list within their own actual studies.

Let's imagine if I were to slap you in the face... and it really stung... and it left a mark... and it knocked you to the floor.

All things being considered by today's standards... I could turn around and tell you 'No, it's just anxiety that caused the sting, and the mark, and knocked you to the floor.' And you'd be expected to believe it and accept it.

Certainly, I can help people who actually suffer from anxiety. Calming the mind and body decreases stress and helps increase healthy function.

It's heart-breaking when people approach me to help with their 'Anxiety' 😉 and it clearly isn't anxiety that has caused the symptoms.

If you've reacted to the broccoli, and you feel alone because no medical professional agrees with your diagnosis, You're Not Alone.

Of course, I welcome DMs and messages if you'd like to reach out and talk. And I also have many free things I can send out to help chill your mind. But also, there are communities of people who are beginning to gather together and support each other.

And of course check out @ohm.australia @ohm.new_zealand to see communities of therapists gathering together to offer help and treatments.

The event ran overtime by about 20 minutes because I had so many questions. I happily stayed and shared.

There's a collection of about 20 different audio tracks that I've created for you to listen to on the Insight Timer app (or website) - go check them out.

And you're most welcome to enjoy my 10 Day 'Release Anxiety' Course.

Many things can make you feel anxious. It could be a social interaction, a test, you may feel uncertain about your future, have a phobia or you might even be suffering with PTSD (nowadays Post Lockdown Stress Disorder is more common among my clients).

There are many techniques that can help you to reduce the feeling of anxiety you're experiencing. Some are easier than others and some are more long-lasting than others.

Anxiety can even manifest because of something that happened many years ago, something that your mind tries to protect you from, in case it happens again. I have a selection of other techniques to help with that.

In the moments when your anxiety strikes, try one of these techniques to get you started on your path to freedom.

As mentioned in (5) - I'm here if you need a hand shifting that anxiety. I offer FREE consultation chats online or over the phone.

Let me know your best anxious techniques in the comments.

I'm talking about the emotional baggage we've picked up after surviving difficult situations in the past.

Any traumatic event can cause stress, anxiety and panic to spike. A negative thought, feeling or reaction to that event becomes locked in place.

After many years, you may not even remember where that thought or feeling came from - but the reaction is still a strong as it ever was.

There are a few simple techniques that helps you alleviate these thoughts and feelings - without re-experiencing the trauma itself.

As someone who has known trauma, I know just how badly baggage from yesteryear can effect today.

How much baggage are you carrying around with you?

Click on the link in my BIO and navigate your way to my 'Insight Timer Products' you'll find a great little FREE technique to help.

Over 11 thousand others have tried it and it's currently sitting at a 4.8 out of 5 start rating with 466 reviews.

Go have a listen - you're welcome!

If you need a little help - give me a shout. Happy to help.
