This morning's event. . . . 106 attendees, lots of This morning's event.
.

.
106 attendees, lots of love and gratitude sent my way, lots of helpful practical advice sent their way.
I really enjoy presenting and hosting the group meetings because I get to share the techniques that worked for me, with other people who have challenges with anxiety and stress.
The event ran overtime by about 20 minutes because I had so many questions. I happily stayed and shared.
There's a collection of about 20 different audio tracks that I've created for you to listen to on the Insight Timer app (or website) - go check them out.
And you're most welcome to enjoy my 10 Day 'Release Anxiety' Course.
Be your best self,
RS

I've been asked to host some more live events on the @insighttimer platform for those of you out there who are facing some hard times and are wanting to reduce stress and anxiety.
Whatever the cause... I want to show you that you can learn to release negative thoughts, reduce negative feelings and refocus your energy towards positive progress.
On Wed 9th and Thurs 10th at 10am (Canberra Time) I'll host these free live meditation events and answer any questions you may have in the Live-Chat.
Hope to see you there on Wed or Thurs.
Richard 🙂

Many things can make you feel anxious. It could be a social interaction, a test, you may feel uncertain about your future, have a phobia or you might even be suffering with PTSD (nowadays Post Lockdown Stress Disorder is more common among my clients).
There are many techniques that can help you to reduce the feeling of anxiety you're experiencing. Some are easier than others and some are more long-lasting than others.
Anxiety can even manifest because of something that happened many years ago, something that your mind tries to protect you from, in case it happens again. I have a selection of other techniques to help with that.
In the moments when your anxiety strikes, try one of these techniques to get you started on your path to freedom.
As mentioned in (5) - I'm here if you need a hand shifting that anxiety. I offer FREE consultation chats online or over the phone.
Let me know your best anxious techniques in the comments.
Old baggage is exhausting. . . . I'm talking about Old baggage is exhausting.

I'm talking about the emotional baggage we've picked up after surviving difficult situations in the past.
Any traumatic event can cause stress, anxiety and panic to spike. A negative thought, feeling or reaction to that event becomes locked in place.
After many years, you may not even remember where that thought or feeling came from - but the reaction is still a strong as it ever was.
There are a few simple techniques that helps you alleviate these thoughts and feelings - without re-experiencing the trauma itself.
As someone who has known trauma, I know just how badly baggage from yesteryear can effect today.
How much baggage are you carrying around with you?
Click on the link in my BIO and navigate your way to my 'Insight Timer Products' you'll find a great little FREE technique to help.
Over 11 thousand others have tried it and it's currently sitting at a 4.8 out of 5 start rating with 466 reviews.
Go have a listen - you're welcome!
If you need a little help - give me a shout. Happy to help.

That's why I'm hosting my FREE event, tomorrow, Wed 16th Feb at 6.30pm Canberra time.
I'm going to show you how to reduce anxiety, stress and panic attacks.
As part of the event I've asked the attendees to give me some talking points and questions. I've posted the topics on my image for this post.
I'll be attempting to give an in-depth an answer as I can for each subject within the time.
If you suffer, or you know someone else that suffers, stress anxiety or panic attacks, you're welcome to attend this free online event.
Click link in bio for details.
Have you trained yourself to panic? . . . Anxiety, Have you trained yourself to panic?
.

.
Anxiety, when left unattended often leads to episodes of panic.
Panic attacks are horrendous little monsters. If you don't understand what's happening to you, you might even begin to think that you're going to die - they're THAT scary.
But for some of you, it gets to the point that on days when you DON'T have panic attacks, you begin to feel anxious - because you're not feeling anxious.....
???
That's why I teach sufferers all about anxiety and panic.
Once you realise what's happening, learn how to tackle the situation and then reduce/overcome the symptoms - your mind switches into excited thoughts about all the new adventures you can enjoy.
Occasionally, parts of your mind will cling to its old programming (the panic reaction) because that's how its used to thinking.
I teach the skill of physical relaxation, positive thinking and confident actions.
Skills that require practice until they become instinctive reactions. And contrary to popular belief, it doesn't take too long.
When you stop the panic, it can feel very strange, but the trick is to praise yourself.
Realise just how powerful and positive you have become.
Worry never helps. If Something's troubling you, gather all the FACTS of the situation. Then consider how you would advise a friend if they were in the same predicament.
You may be surprised at how helpful your own advice can be.
Teaching people how to chill out. . . . Next week Teaching people how to chill out.

Next week I'm hosting an event that teaches people how to effectively reduce their anxiety.
How do I prep? By chilling out, of course. I think to teach anything effectively, you must actively partake in the techniques. You have to live the life.
A lot of sufferers don't understand what anxiety actually is, why it happens and how the symptoms can turn into negative behaviours.
Believe me... There's a lot of anxiety about at the moment!!!
But after next week's event, all attendees will be clued up and in a much better position to tackle their anxiety head on. 👍
If you want to attend my FREE online event, I'm hosting it over Zoom and you can find the details in the events link in my bio, or my mynd.works website.
For now though... Back to the hard task of relaxing. #prepper 😉
What's the most useful way you've found to relax?
I can't quite put into words what I'm feeling righ I can't quite put into words what I'm feeling right now.

Anger... perhaps,
betrayal... yes a little,
shock... surprisingly... no
disgust... absolutely.
I hear conspiracies and I become 'Sherlock' and investigate until i discover a truth behind the story.
However, sh*t gets real when you're confronted by the 'problem' within your own friend/family circle.
Most of my time is now spent helping distressed people who have taken a medical procedure (whether coerced or not) and have suffered adverse events - where no comorbidity or negative medical history has existed.
These folks have been told the symptoms are 'just anxiety'.
The completely irregular sporadic heartbeats, the 'peri' and 'myo' carditis, the lung infections, the loss of movement in limbs, the convulsions, the 'I can't breathe', the ovary shutdowns, the neuro-infections. Mainly 18 to 45yrs old in my professional experiences.
After a client (friend of mine) recovered from her post-V panic attacks caused by the physical symptoms, I told her to ask her treating physician to enter her case in the adverse events registry.
A registry which is set up in each country to gather data after an adverse event has occured - in order to notice patterns and reactions for future consideration.
My client was told in no uncertain terms that her specialist would not be completing the form because it simply 'takes too long to fill in the form'. So her months of hospital visits go unreported.
When you're told something's 'safe' - and you react immediately afterwards and for months (as it was in my clients case), surely the people who performed the procedure itself have a legal responsibility to correctly write-up the case history... do they not?
I am not anti-V, but I believe a regime that coerces a person into a procedure which then injures them and brushes them aside afterwards is truly abhorrent. This is criminal and it happened to a friend of mine.
Visit @jab_injuries_australia if this has happened to you - share your story. It helps others feel less alone.
And you're welcome to attend my free anxiety event to find ways to reduce stress, anx and panic.
Stay strong. Reach out - you're not alone.
